Scrowl down to contact us.
Select the return or exchange method from the first down menu.
Select the issue or reason for returning your item.
Choose your preferred return method.
Fill in your details.
Click submit.
A return label should be sent to your email within 24 hours.
If you don't receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us.
Print your label when you receive it and pack your item securely.
Return your item to your chosen method.
Done!

To pair your mobile phone with a wireless Bleutooth Earbuds, follow these steps:

Make sure your earbuds battery is charged.
Go setting in your Android mobile phone.
Click on connection, select Bluetooth.
Turn on Bluetooth mode if is off.
Find your Bluetooth headphones under paired devices on your phone
Click on it when you find it.

Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. we’ll send you an email with tracking information, once your item has left our warehouse. In such cases, the suppliers themselves will handle the delivery process directly to you.
