Return an item

We offer a 14 days return policy on most products ordered on our website whether customer changed his/her mind. This means that customer can return an item(s) within 14 days from the date of the order was delivered. Item(s) received damage in transit, or not as described customer must make a claim within 5 days from the date received. In most cases we provide free return for most items, all instructions will be provided. In some cases we may collect item(s) for free and process refunds immediately.

  • All items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging

  • Any safety seals are not damaged, and all labels are retained


All refunds are processed once returned item(s) is received from the warehouse. But don't worry, we are generally understanding and very responsive when comes to refunds as long as the reason falls within our return policy. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days for your bank to process it into your account from the day we refund.

When am I getting my delivery

All our deliveries are trackable and the delivery estimated lead time is provided on the product page just before check out. However, customers' are covered if delivery is delayed for unexpected circumstances. Alternatively, you may track your order if you have a tracking number (Track Order).

How long does it takes to repair?

We aim to have a device repaired same day, however in some cases it take some days if we have to order a spare part. We offer warranty to all our repairs.
