Select the return or exchange method from the first down menu.
Select the issue or reason for returning your item.
Choose your preferred return method.
Fill in your details.
Click submit.
A return label should be sent to your email within 24 hours.
If you don't receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us.
Print your label when you receive it and pack your item securely.
Return your item to your chosen method.
Done!

To pair your mobile phone with a wireless Bleutooth Earbuds, follow these steps:

Make sure your earbuds battery is charged.
Go setting in your Android mobile phone.
