Stronics.co.uk, offer free returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. Most items sold on Stronics.co.uk follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Delivery cost and timing

We cover the majority of the mainland UK for free standards delivery. The lead time very from 2 to 7 business days, tracking available on order. We also offer next day delivery only in UK on selected item with our van fleet. The delivery slots are as follow.

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 12am  | 1pm - 5pm | 7pm - 9pm.

  • Saturday and Sunday 8am - 10am or 3pm - 5pm

 

International delivery cost and time vary from countries. Delivery and return note are displayed as you are through check out.

Returning your product because you changed your mind 

Please return your item (clothes or electronics) unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase, the return time frame is displayed on the product description return note just before making payment, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.  

Refunds

How do I get refunds in the event of a return?

If, for any reason, you chooses to return a product for any reason or you received a damaged item(s) or not describe as displayed we will refund as long as it returned with 60 days from the delivery date. However, damaged in transit item(s) or not describe correctly item must be claimed within 5 days from the date received.

 

Who pays for the return of the item?

 

In cases where the customer simply wants to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, customer would be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, returning for a valid reason we will cover the return fees.

The data we collect about you

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include anonymous data.

  • first name, last name marital status, title, date of birth and in some circumstances proof of identity.

  • Bank account and payment card details (stored in a tokenised format).

  • Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

  • Technical Data includes IP address, access times, any websites you linked from, pages you visit, the links you use, the ad banners and other content you view, your login data, browser type and version, information about your device, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this our website.

  • Profile Data includes your username and password (which are hashed and not visible to Stronics.co.uk ), purchases or orders made by you. Feedback and survey responses.

  • Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

  • Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us.

How is your personal data collected?

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

  • Direct interactions as you may give us your Identity, Contact and Financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

  • purchase our products or services;
    • create an account on stronics.co.uk.

    • agree that marketing can be sent to you.

    • interact with us on social media; or

    • give us feedback or contact us.

  • As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. 

  • Third parties sources. We will receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:

    • analytics providers.

    • advertising networks; and

    • search information providers.

  • Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services.

  • Identity and Contact Data from publicly available sources such as Companies House

 

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. We only collect, keep, use or share your information for genuine business purposes in our legitimate interests, when you’ve approved us to do so or when we’re legally obliged to.
