We offer a 14 days return policy on most products ordered on our website whether a customer has changed his/her mind. This means that customer can return an item(s) within 14 days from the date of the order was delivered. Item(s) received damage in transit, or not as described customer must make a claim within 5 days from the date received. All refunds are processed once returned item(s) is received from the warehouse.
