When am I getting my delivery?

Nevertheless, in the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to a delay exceeding 10 days, we pledge to compensate you for any inconvenience caused.

Some items are usually delivered within 7 working days, Monday to Sunday, 7.30am - 10pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. we’ll send you an email with tracking information, once your item has left our warehouse. We strive to provide you with a wider variety of products, including specialized and customized items, and therefore, for selected items, we collaborate with approved suppliers to arrange the delivery. In such cases, the suppliers themselves will handle the delivery process directly to you.

Our standard delivery is managed by various reputable couriers including Amazon Logistic, Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, and DPD.

Is it possible to place an order for delivery on the following day?
To ensure next day delivery, please place your order by 2pm from Monday to Friday. Orders made between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. During the checkout process, you may find certain products that offer weekend next day delivery.
