  • How do I return an item?
    To return an item you ordered from Stronics. Go to customer service menu on top right corner. Scrowl down to contact us. Select the return or exchange method from the first down menu. Select the issue or reason for returning your item. Choose your preferred return method. Fill in your details. Click submit. A return label should be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you don't receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us. Print your label when you receive it and pack your item securely. Return your item to your chosen method. Done!
  • Can I use the promo code on top of other offers?
    Many of our promo codes can be used in conjunction with other offers. Check the T&Cs of each code to be sure.
  • Can I use multiple voucher codes?
    No, you can only use one promo code per purchase.
  • When will I get my refunds?
    All refunds are processed once returned item(s) is received from the warehouse. But don't worry, we are generally understanding and very responsive when comes to refunds as long as the reason falls within our return policy. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days for your bank to process it into your account from the day we refund.
