We offer a 14 days return policy on most products ordered on our website whether customer changed his/her mind. This means that customer can return an item(s) within 14 days from the date of the order was delivered. Item(s) received damage in transit, or not as described customer must make a claim within 5 days from the date received. In most cases we provide free return for most items, but not if you change your mind. In some cases we may collect item(s) for free and process refunds immediately.
